Experiment. I'm still new to working digitally and I only just learned how to make patterns and brushes in PSP, so I wanted to play around with some simple ones. I'm not sure how I feel about the effect, but I think I'll play around with patterns some more.
Really pretty... so whimsical and fun. I like the effect. :)
